Through investment in Downtown development, infrastructure, vibrancy, and activation, we are creating a stronger Downtown Memphis—a Downtown for everyone—with the goal of increasing the number of people living, working and engaging in Downtown, and increasing Downtown commercial property values.

Located east of Downtown Memphis, Midtown is home to outdoor festivals, tasty restaurants and other cultural attractions. Midtown is the anchor to Memphis’ art scene with theaters, museums and exhibits on display. It is home to vintage residential housing, several colleges and universities, various shopping choices and multiple historic districts.
