Eddie, the owner and managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Taliesyn Realty, is a life-long Memphian. He is also the listing agent in charge of sales and marketing for Regency Homebuilders. He has been in the real estate business for 18 years and has closed over 6,000 new single-family homes. Eddie attended the University of Memphis and is a diehard Tiger basketball fan. He has been married to Donna Scruggs, who is also a Realtor, for over 30+ years and they have two children. Among his non-real estate interests are sports, music, diving, boating, travel and wine tastings. Eddie is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. He is also a member of the Homebuilders Association and is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

David has been in the homebuilding and real estate industries for over 28 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in technology from Purdue University and has an extensive background in both operational and information systems. He worked for both publicly and privately held homebuilders across the nation until his switch to the real estate side of the business in 2013. He is passionate about improving operations to deliver the best possible customer experience. In his spare time, David enjoys watching NASCAR and IRL races, is an avid audiophile and helps friends and family out with various home improvement and technical projects.

Kelley has been in the real estate industry for over eight years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Christian Brothers University in communications. Kelley and her husband Rand enjoy traveling, camping, hiking and fishing with their dogs Catfish and Bluebird.
